1.Automated Schedule Plan Conversion
Introducing the new “Schedule Plan Auto Conversion“ feature in Jobs. Now, you can easily set a recurring job’s plan for automatic conversion, eliminating the need for manual conversion each time. With this update, upcoming schedule plans will be automatically converted to schedules when the current schedule status is marked as completed.
2.Quick Action Buttons in Scheduler
Introducing the new “Quick Action buttons“ in the scheduler calendar, offering seamless scheduling capabilities directly from the calendar itself. Now you can easily manage teams and convert schedule plans to schedules with just one click.
3.Follow Up Schedule
Introducing the New “Follow Up Schedule“ Feature: Improve your scheduling experience by easily creating follow-up schedules for existing ones. Stay organized and keep track of schedule-follow up schedule connections with simplicity.
4.Calendar Title
Customize the display name of your schedule in the scheduler calendar by assigning an alias name of your choice.
5.Quote Creation from Jobs
Now you can create quotes directly from jobs.
6.Billing Source Documents in Quotes and Contracts
Now you can add billing source documents, such as LPO, to your quotes and contracts. When creating an invoice from a quote or contract, the associated source document will be displayed in the invoice.
7.Team Management
Now you can manage your teams in Workstair by creating them in advance. When assigning a job, simply select the jobhead and the team members will be automatically added.

1. Teammate Mobile App Launch
We’ve launched a new Teammate Mobile Application that facilitates schedule sharing with field executives. The app is only meant for the team members, as team leads already have the Jobhead Mobile Application.
2. Jobhead Mobile App
New Updates:
- Users can now view unassigned schedules.
- Users are able to modify service items.
- Users can add a manual delivery note reference to the schedule.
- Users are able to edit the date and time of a schedule.
3. Workstair
New Updates:
- You can now add a team to a job, and it will automatically be added to each schedule created from that job. To add a team to a job, access the summary page for that job and select the “Manage Teams” option from the action menu.

1. Jobhead Mobile App
The Jobhead Mobile App makes it easy for job heads to manage their schedules on the go. They can access their schedule list, view details, and update status of schedules. The app’s user-friendly design helps increase productivity and efficiency in managing schedules.

2. Dispatch Board
The Dispatch Board is a tool that allows job scheduling in a visual, hour-by-hour
calendar format. Users can easily allocate jobs by dragging and dropping field
technicians onto the calendar, and they can reschedule, adjust the schedule’s time
duration or swap schedules between technicians. This feature offers a convenient way
to manage job assignments and keep track of schedules in real-time.

- Drag-and-drop scheduling: Allocate jobs to field technicians by dragging and
dropping them onto the calendar. - Time duration adjustment: Change the length of job schedules as per your needs.
- Schedule swapping: Easily switch schedules between different field technicians.

– - Default Percentage After All Jobs Closed: You can specify the default invoice percentage that will be applied following the completion of all jobs associated with the estimate.
2. Quote/Contract Specific configurations menu.
- Has Invoicing: Option to generate invoices directly from estimates. When you enable Invoicing, you will be able to schedule invoice reminders and generate advance invoices. Additionally, you can specify the percentage of invoices to be generated upon the completion of all job schedules associated with the estimate.
– - Separate Billing Address: Option to add a separate billing address for invoicing.
3. Statements of Accounts
- Now, paid transactions could also be included in statements of accounts.
