How do I use “variables” in content?

A variable is a generic value used in the textual part of documents or jobs, and it will be replaced with an actual value when the PDF is generated.
These are the steps for Select Variable:
Go to Quote Editing page > Click Select variable

Here, you can choose the desired variables.
